UCall Consumer
Approved individual users receive a telephone number for personal, one-to-one SMS and MMS conversations through the UCall iOS and Android app.
Authorized staff reviews, creates and provisions Consumer accounts before issuing login credentials. Consumers cannot create or initiate an account through the app or website.
Prepaid mobile refills
We help customers refill prepaid mobile service. Contact our team for current service availability, plan details and refill assistance.
Order or payment processing relates to purchases and refills. It does not replace staff review or automatically create an approved UCall Consumer P2P account.
Clearly defined service access
Dealer, reseller, business, vanity-number and other products have separate service scopes. Those products and customer-facing APIs do not independently have access to the Consumer P2P connection.
