UCall Consumer user guide
A clear start.
Step by step.
This guide covers the personal messaging service operated by 3 Billionaires Corp. Begin with an account approved and created by our staff.
Receive your account credentials
Consumer accounts must be reviewed, created and approved by our authorized staff before use. After approval, staff provides your login credentials. There is no Consumer self-registration through the app or website.
Download the app
Use the official iOS or Android links on our Download UCall page.
Use the credentials supplied by our staff. Downloading the app does not create an account or activate messaging. If you cannot sign in, contact support.
Start a personal conversation
Use your assigned UCall number to send and receive one-to-one SMS and MMS messages with your personal contacts. Group messaging is not currently supported.
The Consumer service is not for business messaging, marketing campaigns, automated or bulk messages, spam, fraud, or messages sent on behalf of a business. Customer-facing APIs for automated Consumer messaging are not provided.
Move to another device
You may sign in on another mobile device. When you sign in on the new device, the previous device is logged out. One account cannot remain actively signed in on multiple devices at the same time.
Keep your account secure
Keep your credentials private. Contact support if you suspect someone else has accessed your account. Our system records IP address and device information that can be reviewed when abnormal access, credential sharing or possible account takeover is suspected. Accounts may be suspended or disabled when necessary.
Refills and other products
Prepaid refills, number purchases and dealer or reseller products are separate from Consumer P2P account approval. Making a purchase or holding another product account does not independently grant access to the Consumer P2P connection.
A little help goes a long way.
